Pro box is a class that is all boxing. No burpees no pusups etc! Focused solely on technique BUT still a workouit as well.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a 15.00 fee. The reason for this is because we are limited in spaces and it is not fair to other clients if you do not show up. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
