Full time members only. Please read: Please be advised sparring can cause physical harm. Mouth piece, and head gear required. Learn in a safe way to actually learn how to spar and use your boxing skills safely.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a 15.00 fee. The reason for this is because we are limited in spaces and it is not fair to other clients if you do not show up. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
